OUATTARA Blidia Alain Hyacinthe, \u00e9tait dans les locaux du Conseil R\u00e9gional du Tchologo. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u par le 2e Vice-pr\u00e9sident M. KON\u00c9 Moussa Bim Y\u00e9ti. Une visite au cours de laquelle, il a remis 200 kits scolaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;effigie du Conseil Coton et Anarcade au Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil R\u00e9gional M.
